How do I enable text SMS messages for alerts in Digital Banking?
To receive text SMS account alerts and alerts for your debit and credit card in Digital Banking, you’ll first need to enable alerts. Here’s how:
1. Log in to Digital Banking on the web or the mobile app.
2. In your browser, select Tools > Account Settings > Contact. If you are using the mobile app, tap your profile icon in the top right > Settings > Contact.
3. Tap the phone number where you’d like to receive text alerts.
4. Toggle to enable SMS text messages. You will receive two verification codes.
