How can I block my card?
Do you think your debit or credit card may be lost or compromised? Use this option to block all one-off transactions. Please note: This does NOT block scheduled/recurring transactions. If card is definitely lost or compromised, click the “Replacement Options” drop-down option.
- Log in to Digital Banking and navigate to Manage Cards > My Cards. In the mobile app, select More > Manage Cards > My Cards > Alerts And Controls.
- Toggle to “Block this card” to place a temporary block on your card.
Please note: The block on your card will carry over and still be active when you receive your new card. You will need to re-enter Digital Banking and toggle off the “Block this card” option to use your new card.
