How do I set alerts for my card?

 

You can receive a text message and/or email based on when a credit or debit card transaction is made. Set alerts by transaction amount, transaction type (in-store, online, mail or phone order, auto pay, ATM, funds transfer, other), and international transactions.

  1. Log in to Digital Banking and navigate to Manage Cards > My Cards. Then, select Alerts and Controls. In the mobile app, select More > Manage Cards > My Cards > Alerts And Controls.
  2. Toggle to the appropriate setting and input your limit, if necessary.
