Using a Card After Fraud is Reported - DuPage Credit Union

After I've reported fraud on my card, will I still be able to use it?

 

Once you report fraud, we’ll immediately close your card to prevent further unauthorized use. Within 2-3 days, your new card will appear in Digital Banking, and you can instantly add it to Apple Pay® or Google Wallet™ using the mobile app.

A new card will be sent to you within 7-10 business days. If you need your card sooner, please give us a call at 1-800-323-2611.
