Will there be a new way to access my credit card transactions, points, and cash back?
You’ll be able to access your new card through Online Banking after you provide the initial authentication/verification information in the new, enhanced credit card site.
There will be a short period beginning September 17 at 5:00 PM CT where these items will not be available to view online as we transition to the new platform. If you are enrolled in Visa Purchase Alerts, you will continue to receive notifications as usual. Should you have any concerns during this time, please call us at 1-800-323-2611.
