We applied for an auto loan through DuPage Credit Union. We worked with Brad. It was a great experience, first time we looked for a loan through the Credit Union It took much less time than at an auto dealership. It was a very calm and quick process. We had our answers quickly and the auto loan rates were much lower than any other financial institution or dealership. We will continue to support our DuPage Credit Union.

I misunderstood the loan process, and they still did everything in their power to make sure that I could be back on the road with a vehicle that day. Please don't do what I did to these fantastic DCU representatives by not doing proper research on the loan process, but know that they are amazing and caring people, and great at what they do.
