Just got past the first payment, which went OK. A bit clunky to set up. There was a disconnect between DCU and the auto dealer. It took a week and an email from me to get the loan setup mixup resolved.

Couldn’t have been easier, they got my loan approved and I had a complicated situation with various employers and contracts - this was no problem. Tana D was extremely helpful and available to call, she would find out for me in no time at all exactly what they valued the car at and if it would work for me. When it came time to get the loan for the car I found, they had all the paperwork done and digitally signed from me in the last closing hour of the working day. Next day I picked up the check ( from the 8:00am opening drive through teller )and was on my way. Could not have been easier or a better experience.

Thank goodness for the great people at Dupage Credit Union! I experienced what seemed like endless nonsense with the dealer on the order and purchase of my new vehicle, but all the while, the staff at DCU continued to work with me and rework my application so I could quickly and easily close on my loan when the time to do so finally came to fruition.
