This was a ridiculous and frustrating experience. Instead of just providing the information in a written form, there were only cryptic emails "We have news for you! Please call!" and incomplete information. After shopping for a car, finding it, and getting ready to take possession (which, as anyone who has shopped for a used car, knows is a time-consuming process), only THEN do I find out that they need a copy of the title and not just the bill of sale. And THEN I get another cryptic email about "Can you please call?" And only THEN do they say that there's a policy that doesn't allow loans for rebuilt titles. (Even though they had PREVIOUSLY given me a loan for a rebuilt title. A mistake, they said.)
How about instead of all the run around you just make all the info - rates, terms, policies - up front instead of trying to make it all personal, which just serves to make everything cumbersome and time-consuming.
