4th auto loan with DuPage Credit Union .. Why go anywhere else !!

I originally called for a personal loan which I was going to use to pay off my car. They called me back with a counter offer for a car loan which was way better than what I was thinking. I got an approval and a new car in less than 2 weeks. No matter who I spoke to about the loan I received the help I need and friendly service. It was the best way that I ever bought a car. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

I spoke with several representatives and they were all helpful with my car buying process. This helped me avoid paying higher prices for warranties from the dealer. Kudos to the staff at DuPage Credit Union.

What a great team from Tina to Ty . Tina went out of her way to talk to the dealer who was giving me a hard time about buying out lease and taking the loan
from them to the the Credit Union. She took care of it and all was a go .. Then Ty came in and processed the paperwork for the my loan . With no problem.
I called their supervisor to tell her how happy I was with the transaction and these two great credit union loan officers. . Truly People Helping People. Glad to be a new member and will continue to tell my friends of this great credit union.

Gotta say that the multiple staff members that we worked with on the getting a car loan were very nice. Polite. Professional. The process, however, to get everything finalized was not a great journey. Misinformation. Long breaks in communication. Collectively, very frustrating but at the end it worked out Just feel it shouldn't have been this hard.

Tana was extremely helpful in discussing my financial situation and every option I had. She took the time to get to know me and understood what assistance I needed. She looked at my case more than just what was on paper. The process was fast and easy! No need to look anywhere else for financial assistance!

My bf recommended dupage auto loans as he has been a customer for many years. I applied and received my rates/preapproval very quickly. However, there was a huge issue with the original rep I was working with that overlooked a critical piece of information for the loan to be processed on the day I was going to the dealer. After a ton of frustration, the loan gods sent Jason T. my way and he completely turned my experience around. He provided a solution to the problem right away that would let me still buy the car the same day I planned and kept in touch with me to make sure the process we selected was going smoothly. I will be working with Jason for any future loans and will recommend him to any one I know looking for a loan or a new credit union.
