We're not just a financial institution.
We’re a credit union—a member-owned cooperative where every one of our members is part owner. We’re united by a common spirit and strive to build a better financial future for our membership, community, and team. At DuPage Credit Union, you'll be part of an organization that makes a difference in people’s lives.
Who we're looking for:
At DuPage Credit Union, you’re more than your title. You’re a person first, with thoughts, emotions, and aspirations, and that's who we want to see each day.
We want team members who are friendly, highly motivated, and will embrace our culture.
We encourage feedback. Have a great idea that benefits the workplace? Whether it’s in your department or unrelated to your job, we want to hear it! We have open doors and people who genuinely want to help and see each other succeed. Here, success is symbiotic; we all benefit.
Education is at the core of our hearts. Those who thrive at the Credit Union love to learn! We learn on our own and we learn from one another. We collaborate, we share our knowledge, and we grow together. That's part of people helping people.

Our team celebrated Cinco De Mayo yesterday with lunch from Chipotle, festive drinks, and a gift card giveaway for our team members. A special thanks to our Work Life team that put together such a fun celebration!
Today is Teacher Appreciation Day, and as a credit union founded by educators, supporting teachers in our community has always been a core part of who we are. That’s why over the past year we’ve volunteered in classrooms across our community, donated to local students in need, and continued our efforts to support school organizations in our area. You can read about these efforts and more on our website https://www.dupagecu.com/community/
We were proud to sponsor the DuPage Regional Office of Education’s 2nd Annual Educators of the Year Awards Banquet last night. Thank you to George Caraballo, Associate Director of Branches and Community Engagement, and Kenya Shettlesworth, Collections Manager, for representing the Credit Union and helping support such a meaningful event!
Our team members were back at Manor Hill Elementary School last week to continue our lessons on Financial Literacy. Students learned budgeting, problem-solving, and comparison shopping skills with a hands-on activity that let them stock and buy items at their own school store. It’s all a part of our ongoing focus on equipping local students and families with the knowledge and resources they need to build strong financial futures.
