We understand the uncertainties many of our members are facing, and want to let you know what we are doing to help you and your families during this time.

In-branch appointments now available upon request.

Effective June 1, we will begin accepting in-person branch appointments for assistance with new membership, checking, and consumer loans closings. To schedule your appointment, please give us a call at 800-323-2611.

We can also serve all your needs through our drive-thru service, including depositing checks, providing notary service, picking up and signing for loan paperwork, and more.

With everyone's health and safety in mind, we have implemented the following measures in our branches:

Safety measures for branch offices
  • Our team will be wearing face masks.
  • We are requiring all members to wear masks. If you do not have one we will provide one.
  • Plastic partitions have been installed for meeting rooms.
  • There will be no sitting area/waiting room access or public restrooms.
  • We will be cleaning and sanitizing the location throughout the day with special attention to high-touch areas like doors.
