Branches remain open in a limited capacity.
To support social distancing efforts, we ask that you please use the drive-thru for transactions that can be completed by a teller. Also, since we are limited to how many visitors we can have in the branch at any given time, make sure to schedule an appointment for in-person interactions by calling 800-323-2611 to ensure we can see you in a timely manner.
We are taking the following precautionary measures to ensure everyone's safety.
- Members and team members must wear masks
- Physical distancing decals have been installed on the floors
- No public restroom or seating area will be available
- Individual offices are being cleaned after each member's appointment
- Lobby traffic will be limited and monitored
