Credit card fraud can happen to anyone at anytime. The good news is with Visa®'s Zero Liability Policy, your liability for eligible unauthorized transactions is $0.

How to report your debit or credit card lost or stolen in the mobile app:

1. Log into the mobile app and navigate to More > Accounts > Manage Cards. 
2. Swipe through the card images to find the card you need to report lost or stolen.
3. Scroll down, select "Card Replacement" and follow the prompts provided. 

How to report your debit or credit card lost or stolen via Digital Banking:

1. Log into Digital Banking and navigate to Accounts > Manage Cards. 
2. Find the card you need to report lost or stolen and click the card image to select "Manage Cards." 
3. Select the "Replacement Options" dropdown and follow the prompts provided.
