The card is fine. A Payment did not arrive.
Ariana talked me through all options so I wouldn't have to worry about a late payment penalty. We discussed them for nearly 1/2 hour. She was so pleasant and promised to call me back after the weekend to make sure my concerns were handled. Great experience!!

So far I am enjoying the Imagine Rewards credit card. It was an easy and simple process to apply for and activate the card. All my questions about the card were answered as well as my other loan questions. I appreciate the time Latania took to help me with all my questions and the set up process.

When I was hacked and the hackers spoofed my account, it scared me senseless. DuPage CU closed my account and opened a new one right away and gave me new debit & credit cards on the spot. I’m grateful for DuPage CU for protecting my accounts and preserving my assets!

The DCU website for credit card rewards was extremely slow. I had to click twice to get a clear picture & then it was also slow to show tv’s available.

I have had such a great experience with DCU. I opened a credit card and savings account in high school and have had them both for around 7 years now. I have never had any issues at all. I am very happy with the customer service I have received over the phone as well as in person!

Platinum rewards card is a reliable credit card . I’ve received calls when questionable purchases have shown up - a service I appreciate. When points add up from purchases, I enjoy viewing the rewards catalog- an added bonus with this card.
