New enrollment is required to set up Visa credit card alerts.
Due to the Visa discontinuation of the Transaction Alerts program, cardholders will need to enroll and set up alerts on the new Purchase Alerts site. Current transaction alerts cannot be transferred over and no longer work. We apologize for this inconvenience.
To enroll in Visa Purchase Alerts, click the button below and then click "Check eligibility" on the Visa site. Enter your card and billing information and follow the prompts to set up your new alerts.

Common questions about Purchase Alerts
It is not required, but if you enroll in Purchase Alerts without removing your current Transaction Alerts, you receive two sets of alerts until October 1.
To remove your existing Transaction Alerts, log into Online Banking and select your card. On your card account page, select click Manage > Transaction Alerts > Manage Alerts > Opt out of.
After enrolling your card, on the Alerts tab of the Cards page, you will see a grayed “Text” box. In order to receive text SMS alerts, you must first enter your mobile number.
Click Profile in the menu bar above the card. Then, click the Mobile Number dropdown and enter your phone number.
Navigate back to Cards and you will be able to select Text alerts.
As a Visa cardholder, you are automatically enrolled in fraud protection alerts. And, with Visa’s Zero Liability policy, you’re covered if your card is ever lost, stolen or fraudulently used.
Visa Purchase Alerts can act as an additional layer of protection to help you spot fraudulent purchases.
