Join us for our annual electronic recycling and document shredding event, Drive, Drop & Donate! Turn clutter into community impact while helping conserve natural resources, reduce landfill waste, and create a healthier environment through responsible recycling.

Plus, your minimum $10 donation per service helps provide essential resources for local students and families in need. 100% of the proceeds will go toward the We’ve Got Your Back school supply fundraiser and the DuPage Education Foundation, directly supporting students and families in our community.

New this year! You can now make your donation with a credit card, in addition to cash or check.

What to Expect

    Load your items to donate or shred in your trunk.
    Make sure to only bring eligible items. See below for more details.

  • 2

    Donate a minimum of $10 per service.
    Credit cards, cash or checks will be accepted. We will not be able to provide any change.

  • 3

    Our team members will help you unload.
    Thank you for supporting local students and families in need!

Acceptable Items

Electronics
The following items will not be accepted: TVs, batteries (including items that may contain hidden batteries such as toys, watches, car key fobs, etc.), light bulbs, box monitors, household appliances, keys, lighters, flammable materials. See full list here.

You are responsible for all confidential information stored on your electronic devices (computers, cell phones, laptops, etc.). It is important that you back-up and remove any confidential information prior to donating. DuPage Credit Union is not liable for any lost data.

Please bring paper documents with sensitive information only. Other items such as magazines, newspapers, credit cards cannot be accepted. See full list here.

Supporting Local Students Through We've Got Your Back

Our annual We've Got Your Back fundraiser was started in 2014 to purchase school supplies for local students in need, and since then has raised over $125,000. Seeing the smiles on children’s faces when they receive their backpacks filled with school supplies is the perfect culmination to everything that goes into this event.
