Home Equity Line of Credit APR = Annual Percentage Rate. Prime rate as published in the Wall Street Journal 10 days prior to the change date. Rate is subject to change annually. 4.00% APR for a fixed rate with a term of 20 years with monthly principal and interest payments of $309.72. Payment examples based on a loan amount of $50,000 and a loan-to-value of 80%. Payment examples do not include homeowner insurance, property taxes, private mortgage insurance, or homeowner association dues. Actual payment may vary based on amount, term, APR, taxes and insurance, and other factors. Homeowner insurance required.
Qualified Members can borrow up to 90% of the appraised market value of their home (up to 80% for first lien loans, condos and second homes), Loan to Value, less the first mortgage owed.
