Every interaction I have had with DuPage Credit Union for the past year or so when I have been coming has been soooo very good...respectful, kind, knowledgeable and pleasant. In the more recent past couple months the process has been more complicated as different products have been needed and I can't tell you the wonderful, wonderful expertise I have experienced with Lori. It means so very much to have someone who welcomes my visits, makes herself as available as possible and works efficiently to complete the tasks!! Opening a checking account and securing a car loan.
My experience was very positive and enjoyable. The entire process took a little over and hour but was refreshing. Donovan C efficiency was a key catalyst to process enjoyment.
Your customer service rep Danielle called and left me a voice mail to remind me one of my CDs was rolling over. When I called back, I talked with Tara who did a great job explaining my CD options to include the various interest rates. She updated my original CD then advised me that my savings account may also benefit from rolling a portion of it into a CD which I did. I appreciate the service from both Danielle and Tara with the focus on taking care of me and my assets. In addition, Tara assisted me in recording a beneficiary for my Credit Union account helping me update my estate planning. Thank you for a great customer service and experience.
The entire application process was well explained, courteous and helpful. Our in-person contacts were comfortable and encouraging. We are very pleased.
Personal bankers: After a disappointing scam experience and need to close several accounts and re-open new accounts I was so appreciative of all the support and professionalism from the staff at the DuPage Credit Union last month. My accounts were secured quickly without loss of funds and then successfully transferred to new accounts. Vendors and charities never missed a payment . We have been so grateful to be a member of this community for 35 years.

I was motivated to join because of the great rates on auto loans. The application process was easy and the service was very good.
Tara S helped me with getting a payment made by providing me the available options. She also helped me with the funds transfer agreement that was required. Her customer service was outstanding and wanted to make sure this is recognized by the credit union. This is definitely one of the top reasons why I continue to bank with Dupage Credit Union.

DuPage Credit Union is a great banking facility. It's such a friendly, helpful location. Whether you use the drive thru, or lobby, or have to call them, they work diligently to resolve your inquiry, question or issue. They have excellent knowledge, and fantastic customer service. Every person I encounter there is like family. I wouldn't think of banking anywhere else!
I do have the Inspire credit card and it works well for my needs. I'm actually reviewing DuPage Credit Union. Every person I have encountered there is so very kind, and attentive to whatever your banking needs are. They are knowledgeable and efficient. I cannot say enough nice things about this facility ( I use the Downers Grove location)! The location is convenient, and have hours to accommodate anyone's needs. If you're looking for a change, this is the spot.

I started the heloc process in November and closed in December. It was probably the easiest process I’ve done since I bought my home. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a loan or a great place to bank. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

DuPage CU offered a competitive rate and top notch service.
I recently had to change my account because I did something stupid. The people who helped me were exceptional. I couldn't have asked for better help. However, I feel that the system is archaic. I have been a member for over 30 years. I currently have a loan from your institution. I have had other loans also. I had to fill out another form to set up an account. It seemed like it should have been easy. Just give me a new account number. That was not the case. I had to fill out forms that treated me like a new customer. Because of this, I felt the whole process took longer than it should. Again, the mistake was mine. Your help was tremendous helping get through the process. I think your process is archaic and should be looked at.
We want to thank Joanne for the help she provided in opening a new account and membership. She was able to navigate with us through the process and answered our concerns and questions well.
