I recently ordered a new debit card and was having issues with setting my pin since I had a new number, so the following morning I didn’t even have to call in they called me and helped the woman was so nice and helpful. I love great customer service, they all are so nice there’s to woman in particular Suzy is one and I wish I knew the others name.

I’ve been a member since my mom helped me open my first savings account as a kid... and it’s been MY choice to continue doing business with the credit union. From savings and checking accounts to auto loans, I’ve always had excellent experiences, received competitive rates, and had great customer service.

I have been a member since there was a branch at COD. DuPage Credit Union has always been user-friendly and provided all my needs in a financial institution. Only thing I wish is more branches in the southern end of the county.
