Initially, when I applied for home refinancing, it appeared that there is no timely response. But once, the application was assigned to the loan officer, things moved quickly. The process was methodical and responses to any queries was quick and detailed.

All of the loan officers are great; very responsive, supremely helpful and accommodating. With my current loan, Nora went above and beyond working with the real estate agent on her off time to make certain I had what I needed to get my house. I like their straight forward approach when dealing with setting up mortgages or refinancing. It is nice to have the fixed rates and different terms for the loans. Setting up a mortgage can be stressful, but the staff has always been very easy to work with, and very helpful in answering questions.
