Get help with Mobile Banking.

CardValet® is an app that gives you full control and immediate debit card protection anytime, anywhere. You can turn your your debit card off if it’s misplaced or stolen and back on when you’re ready to use it, set spending limits, set up real-time alerts, create parental controls, and more! All you have to do is download the card valet app from Google Play or the Apple Store.

Depositing a Mobile Check Deposit through our Mobile Banking App is easy! Simply:

  1. Tap on your Mobile Banking App
  2. Select Deposit Check
  3. Choose which account you’d like to deposit into
  4. Enter the amount of the check
  5. Snap a picture, front and back, of the signed check
  6. Click on Next
  7. Review your deposit and hit Confirm

Funds will be available in your checking account within 24 business hours.

You can set up real-time alerts for your Visa® Debit Card in the CardValet app via Mobile Banking. Some alerts are available through the full Online Banking site using a browser.

Yes, to reset your password through Mobile Banking, simply login and choose More. If you don’t know your current password, just select Forgotten Password on the login screen.

To access payment in Mobile Banking and pay a bill from your “To-Do” list:

  1. Login to your Mobile Banking App
  2. Select Payments
  3. And, choose any of the following titles:
    • To Do: Displays all upcoming bills as well as overdue items
    • Pay My Contacts: One-stop shop for sending money to individuals and businesses
    • Manage Contacts: Add, edit, or delete contacts
    • Payment Activity: View the bills that have already been paid and ones that are pending
    • Bill Capture: Upload and manage your bills with a snap of your phone’s camera
    • Popmoney®: Send, receive, and request money from anyone in the US.

To set up internal or external transfers in Mobile Banking:

  1. Login to your Mobile Banking App
  2. Select Transfers at the bottom right of your screen
  3. Choose Make an Internal Transfer or Make an External Transfer
    • External accounts must be verified prior to making a transfer.
  4. Fill in the appropriate information and submit!
