You can transfer money in Online Banking from one account to another immediately, or schedule future recurring or one-time transfers

To set up internal or external transfers:

  1. Login to Online Banking
  2. Click Transfer Balances
  3. For internal accounts, select your account, or choose External Transfers to transfer to a bank account at another financial institution.
    • External accounts must be verified prior to making a transfer.
  4. Fill in the appropriate information and submit!

To set up internal or external transfers in Mobile Banking:

  1. Login to your Mobile Banking App
  2. Select Transfers at the bottom right of your screen
  3. Choose Make an Internal Transfer or Make an External Transfer
    • External accounts must be verified prior to making a transfer.
  4. Fill in the appropriate information and submit!

Your bill pay will be deducted from your account the same day as the day you scheduled it for. In some instances, check payments will be debited when the check is cashed.

In the Transfers section of Online Banking and Mobile Banking, you can:

  1. Add and verify external accounts
  2. Schedule one-time or recurring external transfers to other financial institutions
  3. Cancel pending external transfers
  4. Schedule a one-time future dated internal transfer
  5. View pending scheduled transfers

You can upload and pay bills through the Bill Capture function in Mobile Banking. Bill Capture allows you to upload your bills with a snap of your phone’s camera. The information will prefill in the bill pay section so that you can pay your bills even faster. To set up Bill Capture:

  1. Tap the Transfer & Pay icon at the bottom of your screen
  2. Choose Bill Capture
  3. Then, Take a Picture
  4. Take a picture of your bill
  5. Confirm that the information populated on the screen is correct
  6. Select Save
  7. And finally, click on Schedule a Payment to schedule a payment now or for a later date.

You can also add the bill to a “To Do” to set up for later.

An eBill is an electronic version of a paper bill that arrives from a payee into your bill pay account. With eBills, you don’t need to log into the biller’s site to pay your bills. To set up an ebill:

  1. Login to Online Banking
  2. Select Pay Bills
  3. Find a payee
  4. Click eBill
  5. Answer a couple of questions from the biller
  6. And, you’re good to go!

However, eBill availability is payee specific. The payee needs to be set up to allow eBills.

Popmoney lets you send, request, and receive money to or from friends through Online or Mobile Banking.

To set up Popmoney through Online Banking, simply:

  1. Login to Online Banking
  2. Select Pay People
  3. And, accept the terms and conditions.

To set up Popmoney through Mobile Banking, simply:

  1. Login to Mobile Banking
  2. Select People Pay
  3. And, accept the terms and conditions.

Other restrictions apply Members who are registered for Bill Pay and do not pay a minimum of one bill per month will be assessed a monthly $5.00 Inactive Bill Pay fee.
