Dupage Credit Union has continued to provide excellent service for my banking needs. After an incident of fraud members reached out to me to help with establishing new cards and accounts as needed. Everyone was very helpful and I appreciate the time spent with me.

I had a pleasant experience during the loan application.

As I said this is not the place to apply for a loan. Personally it’s never helped me and I have been with them for many years. Not a good CU in my experience.

I needed to get a personal loan to consolidate some credit card debt, and was quickly helped same day! I wasn’t able to walk in during business hours, but Taña was able to help me through email and get me approved for a personal loan with a great rate. I’ll definitely do business again with this credit union.

Hello, I wanted to write in on behalf of our family to express our heartfelt gratitude for the assistance Michelle and Tina provided for us applying for personal loan. We recently lost a vehicle due to an accident where our teenage son was driving, and the car ended up being a total loss. My wife and I were forced to search for a another vehicle for our son and family, and needed a personal loan to do so. We were down to a one car family for a while, and it was very difficult. The car searching and buying experience was extremely stressful, but the loan process with DuPage CU was the exact opposite thanks to Michelle and Tina. Payments are great & will be much easier to pay than what I was paying before. Would do it again in a heartbeat.
