I knew when I had Yvonne as a buyer's agent five years ago that I had to have her again when it was time for me to move into another home! She is the absolute best, a true gem and pleasure to work with. She made it her job to find what was best for me and provide much needed guidance and advice. Yvonne was a pleasure to work with. We were moving to Illinois from California, and we were looking to buy our very first house. We were lost, and we had no idea where to start, especially being so far away. Thankfully, Yvonne was there to help us find the right home. During the months prior to our move, Yvonne sent us an updated list of available houses every day, via email, in our requested areas, that fit our space needs. We would chose the homes we liked and made an online list of the homes we actually wanted to see. Once, we were ready to make the trip from California to Illinois to see the houses, Yvonne called us and explained us the whole process. We only had 5 days available to see houses, and she set those days aside in her schedule just for us. As soon as we met her in person, we were impressed by her professionalism. She handed us a list with all the homes in our list, maps and directions to each address. She was definitely ready for us. I have to mention that we also had our toddler with us, and she was extremely accommodating and patient with him. Looking at houses with Yvonne was definitely a experience for us. We learned so much about things we never even thought about before. She would walk into a home and see all the positives and negatives of the property, which is something we loved! We loved her honesty, and how knowledgeable she was about roofs, leaks, areas, schools, and even good places to eat! She was just on top of things. We looked at over 23 properties in the 5 days we were in town! We were tired, but we never felt rushed or pressured to buy. Yvonne gave us our space and helped us keep track of our top 3 choices. Once we made our decision, Yvonne helped us find a great lawyer and inspector to move forward with the closing process. Overall, we would definitely recommend Yvonne to our friends and family or anyone looking to buy a house.

Yvonne was our selling agent for a town house in Glen Ellyn and she was amazing! She is not only extremely knowledgeable about the entire market but at the same time she is also on top of her game. She helped us price the property right using her tools and also ensured she collected feedback from every prospective buyer for us to identify any areas of improvement. Yvonne went above and beyond throughout the entire process of purchasing our first home. She was with us from day one at our initial meeting all the way through closing and even after. She answered our questions thoroughly and promptly, no matter what time of day. If she did not know the answer to something, she connected us to someone who would, and made sure we got the answer. She is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, driven, professional, trustworthy, resourceful, and down to earth. There wasn't a time during the process where felt left out, lost, or misguided. She communicated with us seamlessly. We still communicate with her, even after purchasing our home. She also provided us with some very reputable recommendations, like our attorney, inspector and electrician. We would HIGHLY recommend Yvonne to anyone who is purchasing or selling a home.
