Information we capture through an application or enrollment is securely transferred to the DuPage Credit Union. We also collect your personal information from credit bureaus, Chex Systems, affiliates, or other companies.
DuPage Card Controls
When you visit our site, we gather information including page request (URL request), time of your visit, your IP address, operating system, web browser software, and any cookies which were set during a previous visit to our site. The information is collected to improve your overall Credit Union experience. We also use the information to track site usage and compile statistics. This helps us improve the site so that you will find it more useful and informative and enable customized promotions you may be interested in. IP address information is not distributed to third parties.
We offer online financial management calculators to assist you in your personal financial analysis and planning efforts. The information necessary to perform the calculations includes personal financial information; however, this information does not include personal identifiers to link the information to your identity. The information you enter is not stored or retained by us. The information is used only in the aggregate and cannot be tracked back to the individual.
