    The personal service offered by the DuPage Credit Union is remarkable. Customer service is top notch and consistent in all of my experiences. I never leave disappointed and in this day and age that is a rare thing.

    Been a member for over 8 years and in the beginning it was great. But since then it has been absolutely terrible. The online banking almost never works or I keep getting locked out of my account. They block transactions for company’s like eastbay when I am trying to order shoes, but let my account transfer money to India with out even checking if it’s me. This is just some of the more recent problems I have been having,I have a lot of other issues but it would take too long to get into. I Do not recommend opening any account or do any kind of business with dupage credit union!

Sunday between 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM CT
Sunday beginning at 11:00 PM CT
Wednesday beginning at 11:00 PM CT

Due to month-end processing, Online Banking will be temporarily unavailable on the last day of each month beginning at approximately 11:00 PM CT for about 15 minutes. Transactions processed after 10:00 PM CT may not post to your account until the following business day.
