Lost or Stolen Visa® Credit and Debit Cards
If your Visa® credit card has been lost or stolen, we’re here to help! There are two ways to report your card has been compromised:
1. Report your Visa credit card through Online Banking
- Click on your credit card link
- Go to the “Manage” tab
- Choose “Report Lost or Stolen Card”
- And follow the instructions
Please note that only Visa Platinum, Platinum Advantage, Platinum Rewards or Inspire Cash Back Signature credit cards can be reported through online banking.
If further information is required, one of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you within 24 hours, or by the end of the next business day.

Contact the Credit Bureaus
After you’ve reported your card with us, we recommend contacting all credit bureaus to have them place a “fraud alert” on your credit bureau report. You can order copies of your credit report through annualcreditreport.com to check whether any fraudulent accounts were opened without your knowledge or consent.
