    It’s gotten better but the app still lags behind that of the major banks.
    This is for the iPhone app, though. The iPad version is even worse. It feels like it’s from 2010.

    The app has stopped working. After I log in, it just freezes at the home screen.
    Any suggestions what to do?

    I have been a Dupage Credit Union member for over 15 years.

    I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the current mobile banking App.

    It is difficult, cumbersome, slow(not convienent) !

    It should make your daily life easier, not waste your time !!!!!

    This new app is absolutely horrid.

    You guys spent tons of time (and probably money) preparing a new image and app, so why does this app feel so much less user friendly? It’s ridiculous. The other app was simple and easy. This new app doesn’t even let me log in anymore! And no, it isn’t my first login. It now has been telling me the app isn’t available currently. For weeks now.

In order to perform system maintenance, Online Banking may be temporarily unavailable weekly as follows:
Sunday between 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM CT
Sunday beginning at 11:00 PM CT
Wednesday beginning at 11:00 PM CT

Due to month-end processing, Online Banking will be temporarily unavailable on the last day of each month beginning at approximately 11:00 PM CT for about 15 minutes. Transactions processed after 10:00 PM CT may not post to your account until the following business day.
