- Why isn’t DuPage Credit Union’s Mobile Banking App available in the Amazon Appstore™?
Any previously downloaded DuPage Credit Union Mobile Banking Apps from the Amazon Appstore™ will continue to work; however, they will not be supported for troubleshooting and will not receive updates as improvements are made to our tablet apps. Please check out our most recent supported mobile and tablet apps from the App Store® and Google Play™.
- Can I reset my password through the Mobile Banking App?
Yes! Simply login and choose More. If you don’t know your current password, just select Forgotten Password on the login screen.
- Can I have Instant Balance for multiple accounts?
Instant Balance can be enabled for the saved User ID on your phone. Only one User ID may be saved on each device.
- Is there a fee for the DuPage Credit Union Mobile Banking App?
The App is free for download from the App Store® and Google Play™.
- How do I save multiple User IDs?
At this time, only one User ID may be saved in the app on each device.
- I don’t know the answer to my security question. How can I log in?
To update your security questions and answers, please login to your account using a browser. Go to Settings > Security and Alerts > Security Questions. You’ll then be able to log into the Mobile Banking App with your new questions and answers.
- Can I apply for a loan through the Mobile Banking App?
Yes! Simply select Apply for Loan before logging in, or once you are logged in you may select More and then Apply for Loan.
- When will my mobile check deposit post to my account?
If a deposit is made by 2pm CT on a business day (Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays) your account will be credited that day. If a deposit is made after 2pm, your account will be credited on the next business day.
- Can I set up alerts for my account in the Mobile Banking App?
Some alerts are available through the full Online Banking site using a browser. Real-time alerts for your Visa® Debit Card are available in the CardValet App.
