Bill Capture
Paying your bills is faster and easier than ever with Bill Capture. Our Mobile Banking App allows you to upload and manage your bills with a snap of your phone’s camera.

- How to use Bill Capture
- Tap the Payments icon at the bottom of your screen.
- Select the Bill Capture tile.
- Select the “Take a Picture” button.
- Note: If this is your first time using Bill Capture, you will need to grant the app access to your camera.
- Take a picture of your bill.
- Center your bill inside the brackets shown on the screen of your camera.
- The camera will automatically focus itself.
- Once it’s focused the camera will automatically snap the picture (no need to tap the screen).
- Confirm the information populated in the screen is correct.
- Note: If you need to change any of the pre-populated details, simply select the box you wish to change and use your phone’s keyboard to edit.
- Select the “Save” button
- To make a payment now or schedule a payment for a later date, select the “Schedule a Payment” button. To add the bill to your To-Do List, select the “Finish” button.
- How to Pay a Bill Capture Item from your To-Do List
- Tap the Payments icon at the bottom of your screen.
- Select the To Do tile.
- Select the bill you wish to pay.
- Confirm the information populated in the screen is correct.
- Note: If you need to change any of the pre-populated details, simply select the “Edit Bill” button and box you wish to change. You can then use your phone’s keyboard to edit.

- How to Delete a Bill Capture Item from your To-Do List
- Tap the Payments icon at the bottom of your screen.
- Select the To Do tile.
- Select the bill you wish to delete.
- Select the “Edit Bill” button.
- Select the “Delete Item” button.
Payments
Pay your bills from the comfort of your own phone with our Mobile Banking App. Our latest update includes options for adding new payees, viewing all scheduled and past payments, a convenient “to do” list, and more!
- How to Access Payments in the Mobile App
- After launching the app, login to your account as normal.
- Select the Payments icon at the bottom of your screen.
- Select any of the following tiles:
To Do: Displays all upcoming, not yet scheduled bills, as well as overdue items
Pay My Contacts: One-stop shop for sending money to businesses and individuals
Manage Contacts: Add new contacts so you can pay anyone, anytime
Payment Activity: View your history of paid bills, as well as payments to individuals and pending payments
Bill Capture: Upload and manage your bills with a snap of your phone’s camera
Popmoney®: Send money to other people
- What’s New in Payments?
- To Do Button: View unpaid eBills, double-check any reminders, and check for incoming Popmoney transactions that need to be accepted.
- View Payment Activity: See pending and past payments scheduled through Bill Pay or Popmoney.
- Add New Payees: Pay anyone through Bill Pay by adding new payees (contacts) directly through the app.
- Nicknames: View and edit payee nicknames for easy identification.
- Expedited Payments: For an additional fee, schedule a rushed payment to available payees. Payment options may include same-day payment or overnight check.
Touch ID® or Face ID® (Apple®)
Your new single-digit password. Accessing your finances has never been faster or easier.
If you have not already enabled Touch ID in your iPhone Security Settings, please click here. You can use Touch ID with an iPhone 5s or later, iPad (5th generation), iPad Pro, iPad Air 2, or iPad mini 3 or later. You can use Face ID with iPhone X or later.
- How to Set Up Face ID
- Once Touch ID is enabled, the next time you launch the app you will see a popup message that reads: “Do you want to allow DuPage CU to use Face ID?”
- If you do not see this message, please reinstall the app.
- Select “OK.” That’s it!
- Once Touch ID is enabled, the next time you launch the app you will see a popup message that reads: “Do you want to allow DuPage CU to use Face ID?”
- How to Use Touch ID or Face ID
Once you have set up Touch ID or Face ID within the Mobile Banking App, you will be prompted to use your fingertip or facial recognition at each login instead of entering your password.
Fingerprint ID (Android™)
Your new single-digit password. Accessing your finances has never been faster or easier.
Your Android device must have a fingerprint sensor and Android 6.0 or higher to use this feature.
- How to Set Up Fingerprint Login
- After launching the app, login to your account as normal.
- Select the More icon
at the bottom right of your screen .
- Select the Fingerprint Login Settings tile.
- Toggle the switch ON. That’s it!
- If you don’t see the fingerprint tile, please update your app in the Google Play Store

Once you have set up Fingerprint Login within the Mobile Banking App, you will be prompted to use your fingertip at each login instead of entering your password.
Transfer Funds
Transferring funds has never been easier with our Mobile Banking App. Now you can transfer your funds to your other financial institutions.
- How to Set Up a Transfer
- After launching the app, login to your account as normal.
- Select the Transfers icon at the bottom of your screen.
- Choose the “Make an Internal Transfer” or “Make an External Transfer” tile.
- External accounts must be verified prior to making a transfer
- Fill in the appropriate information and submit. Yes, it’s that easy!

Instant Balance
No Password. No Security Questions. No Waiting. Want to take a quick peek at your account balance? Our Instant Balance feature lets you view your account balance right from the login screen of our Mobile Banking App – no password necessary.
- How to Set Up Instant Balance
- Tap the Instant Balance icon
at the top of your Mobile Banking App login screen. If you do not see this icon on your screen, please update the App to receive the latest version.
- Select the Login and Set Up button at the bottom of the app.
- Toggle the switch ON.
- Select up to 6 accounts you would like to preview with Instant Balance and save. That’s it!

- How to View Instant Balances
Once you have set up Instant Balance within the Mobile Banking App, just tap the Instant Balance icon
at the top of your screen and your balances will appear in a pop-up screen – no password, no waiting.
Passwords
Never forget your password while maintaining high levels of security. You can now paste your password directly from any password vault into the login screen of the Mobile Banking App.
To ensure your information is secure, make sure you are storing your passwords in a secure password vault.

A password vault (also called a password manager) is a program that saves your passwords in a secure and encrypted manner. This allows you to have difficult and unique passwords for all your accounts stored safely in one location.
