You will be receiving an email asking for your signature within one business day. Once we receive your signature, we can officially open your new card.

To ensure you have plenty of time to transition to your new card, we’ll close your current card 30 days after you receive your new Inspire Cash Back Signature Card in the mail. If you would like to begin the process of closing it earlier, simply notify us.

Transitioning to your new Inspire Cash Back Signature Card

Here are a few things to consider as you transition to your new card:

  • Update your automatic payments.
    You will have 30 days after opening your Inspire Cash Back Signature Card to update any automatic payments (e.g utilities, gym memberships) with your new card number, security code and expiration date. We will keep your current card open during this time frame unless you notify us that you are ready for your card to be closed. We will be emailing you periodically to check in.
  • Download your statements.
    You will have 30 days after opening your Inspire Cash Back Signature Card to download your current card’s statement history; it will no longer be available once your card has been closed.
  • Set up your preferences.
    Once your new card is opened, you can log into your Online Banking Account to set up features such as Auto Pay, Transaction Alerts, Online Statements and Recurring Transfers.
  • Be on the lookout for your transferred Choice Rewards Points.
    If you are a current Platinum Rewards Cardholder, you should see your Choice Rewards Points transferred over to your new Inspire Cash Back Signature Card at a value of 1% cash back (e.g. 12,000 points = $120) when you receive your next Inspire Cash Back Signature Card statement.
