Accounts

How do primary and joint accounts work in Digital Banking?
If you are the primary and/or joint account holder on multiple accounts, with Digital Banking, all your accounts will be aggregated into one view. This means you’ll only have to remember one username and password to view all your accounts.

Please note that because of this change to the account structure, anyone you previously shared a login with (such as a joint account holder) will now be able to see all the accounts and products associated with your Social Security Number if you continue to share a login.

Can the joint account holder have a separate login?
Yes. If you’re a joint account holder, click “Register a New Account” from the main Digital Banking login page. After registering, the joint account holder will have their own login to view all their own accounts (i.e., checking, savings, and loans), as well as any accounts that they are joint on.

Can the joint account holder see the primary account holder’s statements?
If a joint account holder creates a login using their own credentials, they won’t be able to see the primary account holder’s statements.

Can I see all my statements from behind one login?
No, you will only be able to see statements for the main account associated with your username (the account number you use to authenticate). If you need to access statements for other accounts you are primary on, you will need to set up a separate login for that account.

Where can I find my loan payment amount and loan payoff amount?
From the Accounts > Activity screen, click your loan. Next, click the Account Details tab and navigate to "Calculate Loan Payoff Amount."

Transfers & Payments

I need to pay my DuPage Credit Union loan. Should I use the Loan Payment Service or Digital Banking?
While you can quickly and securely pay your loan using either platform, we recommend registering for Digital Banking. With Digital Banking, you can pay your loan using a DuPage Credit Union checking or savings account or an external transfer source. You can also set up custom loan payment alerts. Plus, with the mobile app, it’s easy to manage your loan on-the-go.

How can I add an external account to make transfers to/from Digital Banking?
Select Transfer & Pay > Add Account in your browser or Transfers > Add Account in the mobile app. Here you have the option to add an external account instantly by verifying your credentials, or if you don’t see your financial institution listed, and an account manually with your account and routing number. The system will send two trial/micro deposits to your external account. This process may take up to three business days to complete. Before the account can be added to your profile, you must confirm the value of the first and second trial deposits.

I’m trying to “Add an account instantly” for external transfers but it’s not working.
One of the most common reasons for being unable to add an account instantly is that there is not currently an automatic link to that financial institution. In these instances, please click “Add an account manually” in which case you will need to enter your financial institution’s account number and routing number and verify the trial/micro deposits.
